I brought my 15 year old son in for a haircut this afternoon. He has been growing out the top of his hair for months, homecoming is next week, and he wanted a TRIM. He requested "a 2 on the sides and just trim the top." DIANA proceeded to remove more than half of the length from the top. I expressed my disappointment, explained that he has been growing his hair out, and only wanted a trim. Her aloof relpy, "Well, sorry." She could not have cared less, and went back to sweeping the floor around her station. She was rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A HAIRCUT HERE. We will never return. Plenty of other choices for less money, with greater skill, and at least a semblance of customer service.
